Schools at Sochi to Adopt MegaRegi Electronic Gradebooks Soon

«IT in Education. Implementation of Public-to-Private Partnership» roundtable has been conducted in the framework of Svyazexpocom show; as a result, NTB Soft and the Center for Information & Communication Technologies of Sochi signed a memorandum of understanding under which NTB Soft acts as a partner to the ICT Center in the implementation of IT projects and distant learning projects in the city of Sochi.

As part of the roundtable where was conducted a videoconference to Denis Reshetnikov, Director of the Sochi Center for Information & Communication Technologies, during which the partnership agreement was symbolically signed online using electronic signatures.

«The information infrastructure of Sochi has been developed at a fast pace; the current network covers nearly the entire city. A similar network can and must be applied in all the industries available. Our cooperation with the ICT Center pursues implementation of distance learning projects and electronic communication development at educational institutions.Such systems are of great demand nowadays, these enable to gain a new quality level of educational processes, «NTB Soft’s CEO Dmitry Ufaev stated.

«At the current stage it was decided to introduce MegaRegi electronic gradebook system that consolidates all members of the educational process — the administration, instructors, parents and school students — at 24 schools of Sochi. The system opens up a wide array of opportunities for enhancing the quality of education, creation of the integrated informational and educational environment in the educational institution, monitoring attendance and academic progress of school students, «NTB Soft’s CCO Tatiana Irge noted.

NTB Soft has been leading the Russian market of information technology and Internet solutions that focus on the development of educational programs and projects aimed at introduction of the information and communication technologies into the Russian educational system.
